Lieutenant General of the Ugandan Armed Forces and son of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni Muhuzi Kainerugaba said he would send Ugandan troops to protect Moscow if it was threatened.
“Call me ‘Putinist’ if you like, but we, Uganda, must send soldiers to protect Moscow if it is threatened by the imperialists,” said Yoweri Museveni Muhuzi Kainerugaba
