Job Description
1) approving the usage of the University logo on printed materials and in digital campaigns/materials of the University’s structural divisions;
2) revising and updating the University brand book;
3) creating graphic and video design for the implementation of the marketing plan of the Division via email, social media, and display advertising campaigns;
4) creating graphic and video design for the promotion of the University’s academic programs, research, and other important achievements;
5) supporting University’s student recruitment activities by creating/adapting the design of advertisements;
6) participation in identification, evaluation, management, and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;
7) temporarily performs the duties (replaces) of a manager of the Division during his/her temporary absence (up to one month).
timely and properly executes the tasks of the Line manager and the University's management.

Qualifications
Education
Higher education, preferably with English as a language of instruction

Preferred majors:
Design, Marketing, or other related areas

Work experience shall comply with one of the following requirements:
- Three years min.
- Minimum one year with a master`s degree in the relevant area
Experience in the field graphic design

Additional Information
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of mass media, education, and other legal acts in the area of marketing and PR
- creating graphic and video design for websites, social media, printed and digital advertisements;
- graphic design skills;
- experience in working with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, Canva, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint programs;
- fluency in English, Kazakh, and Russian languages
