It's morning and You need something nutritional to start the day?

Blueberries chia pudding is perfect decision!


Ingredients and cooking:

Chia seeds 1/4 cup
Almond milk 1 cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Maple syrup 2 tbsp

mix all the ingredients together, cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours

blueberries 1 1/2 cups
water 2 tbsp

Cook up blueberries and water together to get jam

Done! Just put chia pudding into a glass and cover with blueberry sauce

Tiny Meat Balls made of Turkey with tomatoes sauce

In the video there's an instruction how to form meat balls and cook them

Here the recipe of the tomato sauce

Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil
110g onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
150g mozzarella, grated
1 tsp caster sugar
2 x 400g cans tomatoes

Cooking:

heat the oil in a stainless steel saucepan
add the sliced onion and the crushed garlic, toss until coated, cover, and sweat on a gentle heat until soft and pale golden
slice the canned tomatoes and add, with all the juice, to the onion mixture
season the contents with sugar, salt and freshly ground pepper
cook the tomatoes uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until the tomato softens

You don't have to be a vegan to be in love with vegan food!

Potatoes and green beans is my choice!

Ingredients:


potatoes
green beans
olive oil
taco seasoning (or any other by Your taste)
oregano or Italian herbs
salt & pepper

Cooking:


Mix cubes of potato with all the seasonings
Transfer the potatoes to a large baking sheet and spread them out. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 15 minutes.
Mix green beans with the same seasonings.
Mix potatoes with bean gently on the baking sheet and put into the oven for another 20-30 minutes (or until the beans and potatoes are cooked through)

This homemade Greek salad dressing is incredibly simple, but packed with fresh, tangy flavor.
