In the section of the list of calls from the company’s clients, we applied a pattern from the world of sound reproduction. Calls are sorted according to different principles, but before they could only be listened to one by one. We proposed the idea of a queue / playlist. The marketer ticks the necessary calls, presses the “listen” button, and only these calls are thrown into a special player.
This way, a playlist is created, so it is easier to work with a selection of calls.
