For us swing traders, the trading week already ends on Thursday, as we do not plan any entries on Friday evening. Accordingly, our trading week is shifted forward by one day. It starts on Sunday with the analysis of the COT data, creation of the watchlist and planning of the entries for Monday and ends on Thursday with the planning of the entries for Friday. I.e. Friday in the morning I quickly check the markets and can take care of my garden for the rest of the day :))
