State funded - money is given by the government to run the school
Boarding schools - students get food and board, accommodation is provided. Students are called boarders.
Tuition fees - the money you pay to a school/university
Undergraduate - a bachelors degree, normally 3 or 4 years
Take out a loan - to obtain, to get money from the bank for a temporary period
College - another word for university
Pay back a loan - return the money you loaned to the bank
