Did you know that in DIRTY DANCING... This iconic scene is actually a recreation of a practice rehearsal. Director Emile Ardolino had walked into the studio and seen choreographer Kenny Ortega and his assistant dancing with Jennifer in the middle to help with her rhythm. Emile loved that moment so much that he recreated it with Patrick and Cynthia.
