Today everything has changed. Improper nutrition is one of the main reason of hypertension. Hypertension has spread to all segments of the population. It is no secret that the main cause of death in Russia are coronary heart disease and stroke. These are the most dangerous consequences for a comfortable life of a person in adulthood.
