Freedom for Kirill Ukraintsev!

In Moscow, on the night of April 25, Kirill Ukraintsev - Russian antifascist and blogger, the chairman of the trade union «Сourier» - was arrested.A criminal case was initiated under article 212.1 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation, the “Dadinsky” article. It means that Kirill violated the rules for holding public meetings several times. For that he can be sentenced to 5 years in jail!

First episode.
In October 2020 couriers and Kirill gathered near the company's office «Delivery Club» and demanded the cancellation of fines (which are a common practice accross food delivery companies). Later he was found guilty for unauthorized rally. The court fined him (20,000 rubles), even though according to the Russian Constitution, everyone can participate in rallies and demonstrations.

Second episode.
In October 2020 Kirill invited his subscribers to the anarchist Azat Miftakhov's trial to support him. According to the Russian law each person can visit trials. Kirill published information in Instagram about the trial, although he himself was not near the court building and was not present at the court session. But he was still found guilty for unauthorized meeting and got arrested for 10 days.

Third episode.
In October 2021 Kirill published information in Instagram about a taxists strike. He was not the organizer of the strike and did not participate in it. But again, he was still found guilty for unauthorized meeting. Now, according to the aforementioned Criminal code article, he can be imprisoned for up to 5 years!

The situation is very serious, our comrade is in big trouble. He faces a real term in an absurd criminal case. He's already arrested pending investigation, which can take more than 2 months.

We call all those who are not indifferent to stand up for the trade union activist and express their support to him! The authorities decided to put out the blazing fire with repressions against the leaders and activists of the labor movement. We have to protect Kirill! We demand the immediate release of Kirill Ukraintsev and the removal of charges from him! Trade union is not a crime!
