IT Product company Ortnec is looking for an experience Head of Media Buying 

Relocation to Cyprus/Remote


About the project:

Our media buying team aimed for the influencers market around different social networks and brings traffic to our own in-house products. We're building the network of the largest traffic owners around Instagram, TikTok and Twitter with over 300 million of followers around the globe. 


Responsibilities:

Media buying team (5+ ppl) managing
Media Buying budgeting
Collaborate with product and business owners to strategise new lead gen opportunities and execute on growth plans through high-volume ad buys
Own experimentation and testing of campaign strategies, leveraging all available data streams to draw insights
Build, launch, optimize and own reporting on all campaigns, communicating roadblocks in real-time and teaming up to find solutions
Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis;
Communicating with the team managers (major part of communication is in English) on a daily basis.



What You Will Bring:

5+ year experience in running media buying campaigns on different social networks and messengers ( Instagram preferrable);
Experience in building/managing media buying team;
Competent in full-cycle of media buying campaigns management, including but not limited to tracking media budgets, optimisation on the sub-source, creative and landing page optimisations;
Understanding the key media campaign performance metrics and how to play with them;
Ability to set priorities within weekly goals and transform them into a personal/team step-by-step plan;
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English


BIG plus: FB, TikTok, Snapchat adult ad networks traffic media buying experience

Ability to deliver results within minimal supervision and deadlines;
Open-minded person who is ready to share own knowledge, coaching the team.
