Voxe TV is a new startup company working on media streaming and content distribution.

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will work with team members to create profound media tools and unique experiences. You’ll develop a product strategy and roadmap; analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to direct our media platform in the market. You’ll love this role if you have analytical and creative thinking skills and are data-driven and user-oriented.

What You Do

-Guide the department leads for products' strategic direction & market position.
-Direct the entire technical support process, from ideation to publication.
-Manage content and localization processes.
-Manage product lifecycle with several touchpoints and multiple services, including live ops.
-Report platform performances to senior management.
-Monitor, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data for a better experience and deliver insights.
-Conduct A/B tests to optimize; manage external test processes.
-Give feedback to the production team
-Test ongoing tasks and work on every aspect of your product.
-Track and optimize monetization channels.
-Brainstorm the new ideas together with the production team.
-Follow the media and video streaming trends.


What You Bring

-At least 2 years of Product Management experience; 1 year of PM experience within the IT industry.
-Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills (Russian, Uzbek). A passion for clear documentation & requirements.
-Ability to read numbers, metrics, graphics, and data to make data-driven decisions.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams and attitude of a team player.
-Strong critical thinking, consulting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
-Ability to be adaptable in a constantly evolving work environment.
