The Position
• You'll manage paid acquisition campaigns, including strategic planning, campaign creation and optimisation for JUCR iOS and Android applications.
• You’ll create a full cycle of campaign' management: budget planning, set up, brief for creatives, results analysis and reporting, optimizations.
• You'll be one of the early hires at the marketing team and work in a close collaboration with Product, Software and Hardware teams to create and implement the future of electric vehicle charging.
About you
Consider that even if not all of this applies to you, we’d love to learn more about your individual abilities. • You have 3-5 years of user acquisition experience (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc), including managing agencies.
• You're familiar with ASO.
• You are ready to bring in some analytical skills to work and set events in MMps, have a good level of Google Analytics, able to perform simple data analysis and manipulation including SQL, Tableau and Excel.
• You have a great track record of increasing & scaling customer acquisitions while driving down customer acquisition costs

1.
Get to know each other: We use this to pitch JUCR and get you excited to join us. We'll also see whether both our expectations align.
2.
Test assignment : We will introduce you to a real-world problem here at JUCR. You will get a couple of days to present us a nice solution
3.
Meet the team: You'll get to meet others in our team. We value team fit over everything else. This also gives you the chance to see whether you'd enjoy working with us.
