Years in IT and industries you’ve worked in.
Your greatest accomplishments and how they benefited the company (-ies) you worked with
Your primary focus - what you’re the best at and what tech stack you’d like to continue to grow and develop in.
Why you want to work this them.

Writing the script would structure your thoughts, and you’ll deliver your main points in a best way
