Hi!

We want to inform you that you still hava an opportunity to get a vaccine against COVID-19 (Sputnik - V) in the public hospital №27 (Voznesensky pr., 27)

The dates are here:
-the 5th of June, 9:00 - 11:00 - 40 available places;
-the 19 of June, 9:00 - 11:00 - 40 available places.

You can register, read the description of the vaccine and its contraindications, as well as find the form and voluntary consent for vaccination to fullfil in advance here.

Fullfil the form and choose the appropriate day and time. Later you will get a message to your HSE mail.

You will need to bring these documents:
- Russian passport;
- Individual insurance account number (SNILS);
- Medical insurance (OMS);
- Certificate of previous vaccines (if you have one).

We kindly ask you to get the confirmation from the public hospital and upload its copy here.


If you already had COVID-19 we also ask you to upload a confirmation of it (or a confirmation declaring you have antibodies), your PCR test results here.

If you are going to get a vaccine on your own please message HSE SPb Social Department - osv-spb@hse.ru.

Foreign students can get a vaccine as well in the Botkin hospital for free. After the first step you will get a note and a certificate after the second step.

If you want to get vaccinated message osv-spb@hse.ru as well including following information:
- Full name;
- Your current phone number;
- Specify whether you are a Russian or English speaker;
- Translation of your passport into Russian;
-Your actual registration in Saint-Petersburg;
- Individual insurance account number (SNILS);
- International Vaccination Certificate (if you have one).

If you don't have SNILS, you can register by calling the number that you can find in www.pfr.gov.ru and then go to one of the Pension Fund's branche (PFR). You can find their addresses here.


To get SNILS you will need to bring:
- Passport;
- Migration card;
- Notarized translation of your passport.

Once you get SNILS, please send its copy to osv-spb@hse.ru
