What we did in November?

Brief report on the work of the Solidarity zone in the past month and related expences.

In November the participants of Solidarity zone:
identified the location of five prisoners accused of anti-war actions: Andrey Petrauskas, Elena Sharova, Iliya Baburin, Roman Nasriyev and Andrey Nuriev — now they can be supported by letters and parcels;
organized an initial visit and questioning by lawyers of five prisoners accused of anti-war actions; based on the prisoners’ position, took possible steps to provide support;
found out the fate of persecuted person, who, as it turn out, got out of the situation relatively safely;
have started to support Kirill Butylin;
have started to support Vladlen Menshikov;
continued to provide the comprehensive support to Anton Zhuchkov;
continued to provide information and consulting support to Vladimir Sergeev and his family;
continued to provide the comprehensive support to Igor Paskar, including keep raising money to pay for the lawyer’s work in the trial;
continued to provide support to Vladimir Zolotarev, including now we are raising money for a lawyer for Vladimir;
continued to support Ruslan Zinin and his family;
told you about what happens to those accused of anti-war actions and preparations for them, and shared ideas about how they can be helped.

In November, we spent (excluding fees for specific needs):
76 thousand RUB for initial visits by lawyers to prisoners and for finding out the fate of persecuted person;
18 thousand RUB for parcels, letters and account replenishment to prisoners.

We would like to note that behind a short list of “cases” there is an invisible daily work: the participants of Solidarity Zone monitor the news, look for the data of those arrested, finding out the pre-trial detention center and temporary detention facility in which they can be held, search for lawyers, arrange visits to prisoners in places of detention, communicate with defenders, relatives of prisoners and the captives themselves, organize fundraisers, maintain social media and do much more to support those who are incarcerated.

You also do a lot — those who distributes information about prisoners and prisoners, about our initiative, who writes letters and sends parcels, who shares information, who donates and calls for donations. We wouldn't have made it without you!
