I'm nervous for recording tomorrow (today),,

I actually haven't eaten yet
when I came just now I was thinking whether I should eat BBQ chicken or not. it's because there's recording tomorrow (today) and we're meeting in person after a long time so I felt like I'd feel guilty so I shouldn't eat but
it's making me want to eat more..ㅠ..ㅠ but I'm gonna hold myself back and eat it lightly! I can eat chicken anytime so I'll hold it back today!!!
