Patexia, an online platform for legal professionals is looking for multiple dedicated recruiters to join the only AI-based legal recruiting platform powered by big data.

Remote (USA market)

Что делать?
Working with human resources departments of law firms to identify their needs
Use Patexia’s proprietary attorney database to identify the best match
Building relationships with attorneys and explaining the opportunities.

Что нужно уметь/знать
Experience in recruitment OR sales and business development
Great communication and people skills
Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people you don’t know
Be detail-oriented and analytical, reliable and responsive
Positive mental attitude
Ability to define goals and deliver results
Be organised and punctual
Be career-oriented with a desire for growth
Have a good sense of humour

Оплата
$855-2500+
(basic+generous comissions+bonuses)

Possibility to work from home (remote work)
Above-market commission structure
5 days a week - 8 hrs a day (1 hr break)
