This is a follow-up to our official announcement which was released yesterday.

We are glad to tell you that the Holdings company and AWS are under discussion to solve this problem.
As soon as we have contacted and escalated the issues we are encountering to our Holdings Company, they readily jumped into the center of the issues. We do not still have an ETA, but it looks that Ruby-X can be back online soon if everything goes expectedly from this stage. Christmas and New Year’s Holidays are just around a corner, so it might take a while to deal with these issues. We would like to show our services as much as you want to see. The main issue of those problems is that AWS is currently blocking our access to our main Relational Database Servers, which we cannot even conduct the production-level tests. As the discussion and all other arrangements are done by the Holding company and AWS, we will announce a new release date as soon as possible. We are expecting to deliver the “Back Online Date” very soon, which can be Today, Tomorrow, or anytime we get a confirmation from the Holdings Company and Amazon Web Service)

This is an official announcement from RUBY-X.IO.

We have planned to open RUBY-X.IO on 20th Dec 2018, but we are struggling with Amazon Web Service currently.
We have upgraded;
- Proversion Chart
- Stronger Logics
- Faster Charting Data Load
- Front Page Renewal
- Other unseen upgrades

Key developers had been unavailable for the last few days, because of being victims of a violent crime. We are catching up anyway, and it will available soon.
If we decide to discontinue the relationship between RUBY and AWS, we might need to take another option.

Currently, we are ready, but we have no ETA.
We need the confirmation from the Holdings company, and are still waiting for the resolution of the issues from AWS.
It looks that only entities can resolve this problems are Ruby's Holding Company and AWS.

We are working on storing all data to Redis to show our data on your screen.

Redis is an open source (BSD licensed), in-memory data structure store, used as a database, cache and message broker.
