Our body needs to be allowed to rest.
Know your limits and don't rush.

We may have many plans for the day, but if we overestimate our capabilities, we may not succeed. The brain will demand a rest.

You cannot squeeze something out of yourself that is not there, such as strength. You cannot do more than you can at the moment.

We're talking about ordinary life and your standard skills here. Don't beat yourself up for setting the bar and not jumping to it. It's just not your level yet.

Give it a rest, and not make it work when it is tired all day long, especially if it is very hot outside.
In a cool and well-lit room it is easier for our brain to absorb and process information than in a stuffy room.

Your brain needs its rest and if you can't find an answer to a question in the evening, you will most likely be able to find it in the morning. Your brain will rest overnight and give you the answer you squeezed out of it in the evening.
