Don't think that all the people around you are constantly watching you, noticing all your faults and memorising all your words...
People are fixated on their own problems. They spend most of their time
thinking about themselves, even when they pretend to listen to you.
So relax and take it easy. There is no reason to be afraid of communication or public speaking.
People pay much less attention to you than you think they do.
