A young and dynamic startup that's creating an International Financial Services Platform for migrants. The company provides a game-changing all-in-one solution that is transparent, cost-effective, and simple to use.

We are looking for a customer support representative who is a highly motivated, talented team member to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers & resolve issues
• Multitask between different communication channels
• Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps
• Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement
• Growth in online communities, and number of active users
• Work is shift based and includes weekends
• Proficient in all MS Office products

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hebrew, and Russian- Mandatory
• Experience in customer support
• Excellent communication between customer & department
• Flexibility in working hours is required (we work in shifts)
• Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact
• Service-oriented person
