I am looking for a Senior Game Designer for growing game studio organization Joygame in İzmir (Turkey).

Joygame https://en.joygame.com/, founded in 2009 and titled turkey's first gaming company, supports talented gaming studios both in terms of financing and knowledge. It develops and publishes many games that have achieved great success in international markets. Reaching millions of players with different products in pc, mobile and NFT game categories, Joygame aims to provide entertainment experiences to players across all continents with local content.

Responsibilities:
• Follow gaming and social media trends;
• Create new gameplay concepts;
• Write clear and concise game design documents;
• Propose ideas that fit the game’s setting, production scope, technical requirements and limitations;
• Work with production to assist and provide feedback on specifics of gameplay implementation.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in game development (hyper-casual games);
• English language – B2 (strong);
• A powerful portfolio (hyper-casual games);
• Strong creative and conceptual skills;
• Strong documentation skills;
• Self-organized, self-motivated and detail oriented;
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Benefits:
• Salary from 2.500 USD +
