Requirements: 1. Assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the Class Teachers and Head of Key Stage. 2. Assist the teacher during the lesson by providing support for individual pupils in the classroom. 3. Supervise the activities of groups of pupils under the direction of the teacher. 4. Provide consistent and effective support for specialist teachers. 5. Provide support for individual pupils inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities. 6. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Programmes for pupils and help monitor their progress. 7. Support pupils with emotional or behavioral problems and help develop their social skills. 8. Support pupils who do not speak English as a first language. 9. Encourage pupils to interact with each other in English
