Друзья, наша портфельная компания Fura ищет миддл или сениор продакта в команду, Fura имеет основной фокус на рынке США, поэтому нужен свободный английский и опыт от 2-х лет в сложном операционном бизнесе. Tasks
‣ To support operational departments with business processes transformation towards more conveyorish approach
‣ Transofrmation of existing non-digital processes and solutions towards more efficient and traceble Fura targets
‣ Offer solutions that will drive the selected business metrics for which you are responsible
‣ Adoption and adherence tasks to the business
‣ Analysis of current business workflow (operational route) from new clients hunting to shipping completion and corresponding adoption of the flow together with Fura vision
‣ Present your solutions to internal teams
‣ Apply modern product frameworks in approaches
‣ Analyze the global experience of automation of logistics companies, introduce new technologies, processes and best practices
‣ Prioritize and test hypotheses, collect MVP, prototypes, PRD, CJM, BPM, use cases
‣ Lead the backlog of tasks in design and development, pre-release and post-release management
Target
‣ Be a part in redesign a core process in the company. We call it the perfect shipment. Its idea is to turn a business into a conveyer with the help of operational and product teams. To do this, you have to change processes in real life and launch new products
‣ To describe and adopt the approach we’ll need to stick to come from logistics data written somewhere on the piece of paper or excel table towards dashboard sufficient to control and improve metrics
Expectations
‣ 2-3 years in product management, experience working with design and development teams
‣ Big plus: previous experience of developing non-digital companies towards digitalization path
‣ The highest communication and logical skills
‣ Literate and fluent English
‣ You understand perfectly that any task begins with calculating business value
‣ Deep dive into the little things, find non-obvious connections
‣ Know how to prioritize and solve problems in rapidly changing conditions
‣ You able to independently offer and make product decisions
‣ You make decisions based on analytics and only then on your own intuition
‣ Take responsibility for the results
‣ Speak with developers, analysts and designers in the same language
‣ Express your thoughts clearly and know how to highlight the main thing
‣ Excel, Figma, Notion and PowerBI are your friends
