Currently looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner who is willing to work in E-Commerce domain. Prior E-Commerce experience is highly desired but the lack of thereof might be compensated by natural scientific curiosity and desire to drive a Product Management Practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Serve as the customer representative in all team meetings
– Participate in product planning and forecasts with the product management team
– Support initial market research to qualify the Product vision
– Maintain and prioritize the release backlog for the next 3-6 month
– Leads requirements gathering effort on the epics as needed — consulting with product management, implementations, clients, and other stakeholders
– Defining the main product requirements and key features / tracking / analyzing / prioritizing them
– Attends scrum meetings including standups, retrospectives, and demos
– Leads backlog grooming to decompose and estimate stories
– Creates mockups and works with UX on design and types of users/personas
– Answer questions from developers and clarifies requirements
– Documents the new feature for implementations and release notes
– Write acceptance criteria
– Demonstrate the latest iterations to customers (pre-release) and gathers feedback
– Test and accept deliverables
– Obtaining clarifications and sign-off (as needed) from various stakeholders to unblock delivery
– Assist in defining the date and content for a release
– Develop and maintain product success measurements (KPIs)

REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Proxy-Product Owner or 3+ years of business analyst experience
– Fundamental knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
– Ability to work individually or in a team environment, preferably having experience working in Agile teams (more than one) as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager
– Understanding of specific terms, standards, processes and pertaining technologies for E-Commerce
– Understanding of application programming, quality assurance, database and system design
– Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
– Comfortable engaging with senior technical stakeholders (architects, tech leads), user experience and visual design teams, and subject matter experts
– Ability to manage client expectations effectively
– Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
– Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform testing, and effectively communicate with business
– Very strong English written and verbal skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Sharp analytical and problem-solving
– Creative thinker with an ability to form a vision
– Attention to details

NICE TO HAVE

– Experienced performing product manager or product owner job functions will be considered as a significant advantage
– Computer Science or Engineering degree
– MDM, PIM, DAM Experience
– This position might require travel to customer sites
– Product Management related certification is an advantage
