Wert - эстонский стартап, занимающийся разработкой API-интерфейсов для сделок с криптовалютой, которые партнеры могут бесшовно внедрять в свой веб-сайт или мобильное приложение. Решение позволяет клиентам упростить KYC, забыть о проблемах меняющегося крипторегулирования и сосредоточиться на развитии и инновациях. Wert стремится изменить отраслевую конкуренцию и дать возможность новичкам соревноваться с крупными игроками, обеспечивая им поток доходов. Основной офис компании расположен в Таллине, второй офис находится в Петербурге. Основатель проекта — Георгий Басиладзе — также развивает с партнерами сервис Cryptopay (головной офис в Лондоне, на рынке с 2014 года).

About the role:
We would like you to take ownership of how our payment gateway is integrated and used by partners. This role will suit a specialist with a craving for research and experience with API integrations and global markets. It can be a good fit if you enjoy keeping up to date with the latest fintech and blockchain trends.

What you will do:
– Oversee implementation process as well as live integrations and advice on improvements
– Keep account managers and integration support team informed about the current state of the product, milestones and roadmap
– Be an expert in the industry and innovation advocate
– Write product requirements documents that contain financial, regulatory and technical constraints
– Create product backlog and set priorities based on partner's feedback and market trends
– Guide the tech team on product requirements and agenda and make sure the delivered solution meets the plans
– Manage, track and update product work in Jira/Confluence
– Refine processes for more efficient communication between teams
– Develop technical and product requirements to internal analytics systems, work with developers to make sure that it functions as intended.
– Keep an eye on the market, competitors and its' developments, so we adapt our product to the changes

Requirements:
– Research-based approach: ability to make sound assumptions, quick experiments and reach reasonable conclusions.
– Organise research data and insights clearly using adequate means of representation
– Be inquisitive and experimenting
– Demonstrate strong writing skills within a variety of situations
– Passion to learn
– Respectful of themselves and of others
–Derive great pleasure from communicating with customers

Experience:
– Global customer base
– Assisting client API integrations
– Bonus points if you've worked with blockchain/fintech/cryptocurrencies/SaaS
