About the role:
You will be a part of inDrive global creative community, but Your area of responsibility will be focused on inVision (non commercial projects that challenge injustice in various areas of our lives)

Partnering with a copywriter, you will develop creative materials and marketing campaigns. Both in-house and with creative agencies.

Responsibilities:
⁃ Work closely with branding agencies and supervise brand identity development for inVision projects
⁃ - Help us evolve brand identity guidelines; assess typography, imagery and other key visu

al components.
- Brainstorm ideas, create KVs, and adapt materials. Be the keeper of brand design guidelines
- Create compelling and eye-cathching Key Visuals, develop Design layouts and all supporting materials for our marketing campaigns.
- Implement design concepts across various media and formats. Execute creative materials from concept through production.
- Support the Creative team with fresh ideas and outstanding visualization of concepts.
- Find new and appealing design ideas while remaining within brand guidelines. We like to be consistent and recognizable, but we hate to do the same things again and again.
- Contribute to design team overall growth and development by sharing tips and tricks, trends and best practices

Partnering with an art director, you will develop creative materials and marketing campaigns. Both in-house and with creative agencies.

Responsibilities:
⁃ Be the creator, owner and the executor of each project’s unique Tone of Voice
⁃ Perticipate in creating names and slogans for new upcoming inVision Projects
⁃ Create / brainstorm ideas for delivering each project’s mission to wide audience
⁃ Write texts, slogans - skillfully turn ideas into words
- Create copy for a variety of formats: from big marketing campaigns to tactical activations, push notifications and performance banners;

Requirements:
- Portfolio of work to be proud of
- Experience in marketing/advertising projects
- Self-organized and confident in a deadline-driven (and sometimes a bit chaotic) environment
- Extensive knowledge of best cases in the marketing and creative industry, willing to learn new tricks and spread the knowledge within all our big Creative and Marketing Team
- Excellent storytelling skills in short and long formats
- Ability to adapt the copywriting style to the brand’s Tone of Voice
- English language: upper intermediate or better
- Experience in creative agencies/tech companies will be an advantage
⁃ Experiance in non-commercal / ESG organizations or projects will be an advantage
