Keep it simple stupid (KISS). 95 controlled studies supporting IVM but everyone cites the “Big 6” which are considered the “largest,” most “high quality,” “rigorous” trials.  Not so fun fact: the “Big 6” were all conducted by investigators who work for Big Pharma. The other 89 study investigators declared no conflicts of interest..
