A warm welcome to our newest addition to the Philippine Embassy in Russia!
Monette F. Garcia, Foreign Service Staff Employee (FSSE) I, arrived on November 17 and joins the Embassy family as Attaché and Visa Officer for the Consular Section.
Attaché Monette has served at the Department of Foreign Affairs since 1994 and served at the DFA Consular Office in San Fernando, Pampanga and then at Clark. Prior to Moscow, she was also posted to the Philippine Embassy in Brunei from 2003 to 2009 and the Philippine Embassy in New Zealand from 2013 to 2020.
