Built 1874 on the site reserved for an opera house, the Old Cincinnati Library USA was a thing of wonder. With 5 levels of cast iron shelving, fabulous foyer, checkerboard marble floors, & an atrium lit by a skylight ceiling, the place was breathtaking. It was demolished in 1954
