Dear medicine circulation participant,

One of the measures within the framework of conducted works on protection against DDoS attacks was a change of IP address of the MDLP FGIS API (api.mdlp.crpt.ru). This measure does not affect the good circulation participants since a call address of api.mdlp.crpt.ru remains unchanged.


A check was carried out, according to the results of which it was revealed that some of the circulation participants continue to use deprecated IP address 78.142.221.73. This may be related to fixation of IP address to a name, or because the MDLP FGIS API is accessed through IP address.


Correcting this situation requires:

1. Make sure that an application is configured to work with the MDLP FGIS API by domain name - api.mdlp.crpt.ru.

2. Clear DNS cache on the application server, network router or local computer, depending on the configuration used.

3. Check if there is a binding of the domain name of api.mdlp.crpt.ru to a specific IP address (78.142.221.73) and if it is present, remove the binding.

To do this, contact a system administrator or a technical support service of the organization’s goods accounting system.


From August 01, 2022, work with MDLP FGIS API through IP address 78.142.221.73 will be discontinued.
