Apply to Tashkent International School now!

Deadline: Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.

Tashkent International School, where I study now, is opening a new round of full-tuition scholarships that will completely cover 3 years of studying on campus at Tashkent. These 3 years include 10th, 11th, and 12th grades of International Baccaulerate education. However, the school offers much more than the IB education only:
1) All subjects, except language lessons, are taught in English.
2) TIS has a truly diverse community coming from a variety of backgrounds (foreigners are the majority at school).
3) A very supportive staff that will help you to adapt to a new environment.
4) Constantly present social events and co-curricular activities covering a huge amount of interests: sports, arts, technical skills with computers, leadership, MUN, and many others.

And to put it simply, TIS is the best school in Uzbekistan. You won't get such a quality education elsewhere in the whole country.

The official requirements:

"Full-tuition scholarships are available for students who:
● are citizens of Uzbekistan, and have been living in Uzbekistan for the past 9 years
● were born between June 1, 2005 and August 31, 2007
● are attending an Uzbek government funded school or college;
● will complete the equivalent of grade 9 or the first year of college by June 2022;
● would be financially unable to attend TIS if the scholarship was not available;
● earn excellent grades in their subjects at school;
● are proficient in Mathematics and English, and possess strong reading, writing and analytical skills;
● are prepared to study at TIS until graduation; and
● successfully complete the testing and interview processes.
"

"Excellent grades" do not mean only 5's on each subject. You do not have to be finishing 9th grade this year: if you're a 10th-grader or a 1st-year student at college now, you can still apply (if you fit the requirements). You can apply outside of Tashkent—you only need to be able to attend the exams live (no online option is offered).

I'm telling you this because I myself was a 10th-grader with 4's on some subjects, who has been living and studying in Nukus for the whole life, and now I study in TIS with this scholarship. So, why not you try it out?

P.S. My dear classmates, if you're reading this, please, stop asking whether you can apply to it or not! You cannot! Thank you very much!
