A company specializing in short-term rental management in Vancouver (Canada) is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. In the past year, we have been maintaining more than 100 units and have had over 4000 guests.

Job description:
— We provide 24/7 Guest Support online and over the phone. You will be in communication with the guests during your 8-hour shift, responding to inquiries, coordinating with the Cleaning Team, etc.

Preferable:
— Bachelor or equivalent in Linguistics, Education;
— Experience working in the travel business;
— Experience working with Airbnb;
— Experience working remotely.

Обязанности:
— Handle all inquiries, consultations, and bookings;
— Control check-in, check-out, key exchanges;
— Provide information, 24/7 guest assistance (within your shift);
— Create listing descriptions and guests' instructions as needed;
— Interact with guests and Airbnb regarding their reservations;
— Work closely with the Cleaning Team and Handyman;
— Perform support of users of our software.

Требования:
— MUST: Excellent level of writing and speaking English;
— Creative writing skills;
— The doer personality;
— Loads of empathy, patience, and a positive approach;
— Analytical mindset;
— Confident computer user.
