The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) stated it couldn't meet the previously announced deadline for completing the environmental review for the Boca Chica spaceport and wouldn't do so
until March 28. The problem with the site is that there is a
conservation area near it. As test launches at the spaceport in Texas expand, the scale of the environmental impact grows and needs to be peer-reviewed.
