So, quiet quitting!

On Thursday I sent this text (attached above) and asked you to guess what it means.
One of the ideas was that it means to leave your job without scandals or arguing. That is, in fact, not far from the truth.

"Quiet quitting" is not about leaving one's job outright, however, is about doing the bare minimum of work and not doing anything what's above the requirements.

It is a controversial (=спорный, неоднозначный) term. On the one hand, an employee still does their tasks, on the other hand, one doesn't want to put more effort into it (=прилагать усилия). However, most of the job descriptions can't be fully defined due to a variety of tasks. And here where problems begin.
