Ищем бизнес-аналитика в SpatialChat, Remote.

Пару слов о компании. Входим в топ-3 продукта на интересном, зарождающемся рынке proximity-based conversation. Продукт представляет смесь social и B2B SaaS.

Основные рынки: США, Япония, Европа. Продукт пользуется популярностью для конференций, remote team коммуникации и онлайн обучении и вебинаров.
Работаем с большими именами, вроде MIT Media Labs, LSE, Mozilla, Stanford, Amazon, Google, Softbank, половина всех японских университетов.

Позиция для в T-shape человека с аналитической гибкостью, который готов помогать строить полноценную BI систему и улучшать customer relationship процессы.

Опыт с BI инструментами желателен, но вполне заменяем опытом продуктовой аналитики, маркетинговой аналитики, стратегическим консалтингом или научной работой.

What you’ll do:

1. Conduct data analysis, spotting data trends to enable informed business and product decisions.
2. Evangelize best practices across the account management and marketing group.
3. Build reporting tools to facilitate sales trends across the multiple points of touch with the client.
4. Contribute towards engineering excellence in the area of CRM, develop and maintain end-to-end integrations with our homegrown application and business technology systems
5. Help to determine the company’s pricing and packaging strategy, and how we think about our freemium and paid tiers.
6. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product marketers, account managers, growth team.

Minimum qualifications:
1. Customer focus and drive to create an impact.
2. Experience with GCP, Python, JavaScript in the low-code environment.
3. STEM or Econ degree
4. SQL, Python statistical modeling libraries.

Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience of business intelligence tools such as Redash, Tableau, Looker
2. Experience with no-code interrogations and ETL tools
3. Ability to be adaptive to the rapid change that comes with being in a fast-growing organization. In other words, experience in a startup environment
