EXPRESSIONS
Function link() added.
The function allows you to create text hyperlinks that are copied when editing a message in the Post Editor.
When editing posts with links, the links will no longer need to be redone manually each time.

DATE AND TIME
Added two new functions for working with time.
dt_nextday() - received a date returns the date of the beginning of the next day.
dt_now_tz() - returns the time "now" according to the time zone of the bot.
