TASKS:
• Participate in 6P strategies development for eCom channel on National level, fully consistent with brand strategies & Company’s objectives.
• Participate and initiate incremental sales/SOM growth opportunities in e-Com channel (by e-tailer type: Pet Specialists, Generalists, Market Places) on: Content, Search (organic, paid), product assortment, availability, placement, pricing, promotions, R&R.
• Lead execution of 6P plans for the channel with eCom commercial team: Content development/adaptation for eCom channel on National level; Promos development, ROI analysis and reco; etc.
• Manage e-Com 6P monitoring system, make reports and provide recommendations based on that.
• 6P competitive benchmarking.
• Cooperate with eCom commercial team effectively in order to achieve set KPIs for the channel.

REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Marketing, Economic, etc.
• At least 4 years of work experience in in sales/trade marketing/marketing, solid e-Com experience.
• E-Com technical skills, understanding how e-com platforms work, what tools could be used.
• Excellent project management and planning skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on the analysis.
• Entrepreneurial.
• Curiosity and Passion.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Learning Agility.
