Dear partners, In the end of this year, the international trading platform Magic Trading has faced an unforeseen situation due to illegal and deliberate interference from the Russian regulators - blocking access to the platform services throughout the Russian Federation. Given the fact that this region is saturated with active partners and official representatives of the company, the Board of Directors held an urgent summit in order to discuss the situation in detail and consider options to resolve it.  

The summit found that the current burdensome situation does not allow Magic Trading to completely fulfill its goals and commitments, and is not in accordance with the company's established policy. Given this fact, the Board of Directors has decided to unilaterally terminate the services of the platform Magic Trading in the Russian Federation, in particular to partners who are citizens of the region. Also, each user who is affected by this innovation, will be able to determine the further, acceptable cooperation with the company:
⁃ The possibility to close all active investments and profits (the Term of closing/withdrawal of funds up to 95 days);
⁃ Opportunity to convert active investments and profits in MTK Token;
⁃ Opportunity to convert active investments and profits to MCMT startup (presentation and launch plan January 2022).

Unfortunately, these force majeure circumstances go against the planned strategy of Magic Trading. The above innovations are necessary steps to maintain the structure of the development of an international platform and its scaling in the current situation. Уважаемые партнеры, в конце текущего года международная платформа Magic Trading столкнулась с непредвиденной ситуацией, сложившейся из-за неправомерного и умышленного вмешательства со стороны регуляторов РФ - блокировкой доступа к услугам платформы на всей территории Российской Федерации. Учитывая тот факт, что данный регион насыщен активными партнёрами и официальными представительствами компании, совет директоров провёл срочный саммит с целью детального обсуждения сложившейся ситуации и рассмотрения вариантов её решения.

В ходе проведения саммита, было выявлено, что данные отягощающие условия препятствуют возможности полноценного оказания услуг со стороны платформы Magic Trading, не гарантируют возможность выполнять поставленные цели и обязательства, что идёт вразрез с установленной политикой компании. Учитывая данный факт, советом директоров компании, было принято решение в одностороннем порядке прекратить предоставлять услуги платформы Magic Trading на территории Российской Федерации, в частности партнёрам, которые являются гражданами данного региона. Также, каждый пользователь которого коснётся данное нововведение, сможет сам определить дальнейшее, приемлемое сотрудничество с компанией:
⁃ Возможность закрытия всех активных инвестиций и прибыли (Срок закрытия/вывода средств до 95 дней);
⁃ Возможность конвертирования активных инвестиций и прибыли в MTK Token;
⁃ Возможность конвертирования активных инвестиций и прибыли в стартап MCMT (план презентации и запуска январь 2022).

К сожалению, данные форс-мажорные обстоятельства идут вразрез с намеченной стратегией компании Magic Trading. Перечисленные нововведения являются необходимым шагом, сохраняющим структуру развития международной платформы и её масштабирования в сложившейся ситуации.
