treat yourself to sth = to do something good and pleasurable for yourself, but not something necessary

get into the habit of sth = to begin to do sth regularly or often
I tried to tell my parents to stop reading the dead tree press — Я пытался уговорить родителей перестать читать бумажную прессу (dead tree = с уклоном на вырубку деревьев)
dead tree press = newspapers that are printed on paper or print journalism in general
I don’t think it suddenly going to go into reverse — Не думаю, что ситуация внезапно повернется вспять
go into reverse (idiom) = if a situation goes into reverse, it becomes the opposite of what it was before

in / on reflection (C2) = after considering thought something seriously and carefully
No doubt that social media have had a profound impact on our lives — Социальные сети без сомнения оказали глубокое влияние / воздействие на нашу жизнь
profound (C2) = felt or experienced very strongly or in an extreme way
Every single day there seems to be a new app that comes about for people to play with and fiddle around with — Кажется, что каждый божий день появляется новое приложение, в котором люди могут поиграть и поторчать
come about (C2) = to happen, to start to happen or to appear
fiddle around = to spend time doing small things that are not important or necessary
It takes a lot of willpower to do it yourself — Требуется большая сила воли, чтобы сделать это самостоятельно
take = if something takes a particular time, that period is needed in order to complete it
willpower (C2) = the ability to control your own thoughts and the way in which you behave
I think, the jury is still out on that one — Думаю, единого мнения на этот счет пока нет
the jury is out (on the) = used to say that people have not yet decided whether something is good or bad
