Must:
— Minimum 1 year experience of launching and optimizing campaigns on FB is a must
— Experience working with Chatbots FB, Whatsapp, In-app is a plus
— Experience with Fraufilter
— Experience working with the US market and big budgets $10k+
— Experience of buying traffic according to the CPA/CPM/CPL models through Teaser Networks, DSP, Popunders, Native, Popunders & Push Ad Networks
— Have a confirmed experience of leading successful campaigns (statistics in trackers, grids)
— Understanding of how to work with trackers, postbacks, cloaking and multi-accounts
— Professional knowledge of GA, GTM, FB Pixel
— Innovative approach to landing pages and creatives design
— Upper Intermediate English
— Data-driven marketer with superior analytical skills who thinks creatively and can drive the business forward and take real ownership of tasks, tactics and strategy

What to do:
— Manage, optimize and run campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads
— Track and evaluate performance using both internal and external data in order to improve media performance with respect to pacing, reach, frequency, creative testing, placement performance, KPIs
— Execute and manage the delivery of approved media plans across DSPs, banner and teaser networks, native and push networks (on CPA, CPM models)
— Monitor and analyze the competitors’ environment — traffic sources, creatives
— Conduct research and analysis to identify new traffic sources and develop strong relationships with media partners which aligned to strategic direction
— Conversion tracking and goals adjustment, campaign budgets forecasting
— Compliance with established KPI in terms of volume and ROI
— Strategizing and coordinating with design and content teams to develop assets for paid execution (banners, teasers, landing pages, pre-landers)
— Present monthly and weekly media reports with analysis of performance of campaigns along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
— Manage media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, and optimization
