OKS LABS is a consulting business that was launched more than a year ago by OKS Group, a leading media and technology focused investment holding.

The company is looking for:
Financial Due Diligence Consultant/Senior Consultant position.

Responsibilities:
— work with ex-Big3/ Big4 Partners and experts who are ready to invest in your development;
— take ownership of parts of projects and deliver them from start to finish;
— gather insights from C-level Russian and international experts, both internal (dentsu and OKS Group) and external (via expert networks);
— assist clients in solving business issues based on thorough data analysis;
— build presentations, reports, business plans and financial models depending on CF/MC practice;
— create clear stories, deliver insights, and present them with passion and confidence to both senior team members and clients.

Requirements:
— higher Finance /Mathematics /Technical education;
— 2+ years’ experience in audit and/or financial due diligence for Sr. Consultant, 1+ year experience for Consultant;
— big4 experience will be a strong advantage;
— knowledge of RAS and IFRS standards is a must;
— completed ACCA, CPA or equivalent will be an advantage;
— verbal and written communication skills;
— excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of 1C;
— English upper intermediate, including business writing skills;
— team player attitude with focus on meeting tough deadlines with highest quality.
