YaizY is a fast-growing EdTech start-up with its live online education platform that allows 8-to-17-year-olds to explore their passions, develop future-proof mindsets, skills, and competencies in the most exciting way.

The company is looking for:
Methodologist (Leadership & Entrepreneurship vertical).

Key responsibilities:
— create lessons for different courses, which include lesson plans, presentations drafts, handouts drafts (1-page lesson summary), quizzes, exercises, project descriptions and other necessary instructions;
— improve lessons quality based on feedback collected from course’s Product Owner, Academic Authority and QA;
— adapt lessons to different age groups and lessons duration based on Company’s needs.

Requirements:
— advanced English;
— a business and management degree would be an advantage;
— pedagogical thinking: appropriate learning activities design and creative approach to lesson development;
— attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction;
— excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work;
— professional experience in learning technology, online learning or pedagogy would be an advantage
