Our IT company developer and publisher of mobile, social and online games. We are top-5 independent mobile game developer in Europe and has grown 10 times over the past two years.

Responsibilities:
* Reviewing, drafting and arranging the execution of various documents, including minutes, resolution, contract, POWs, notices, contracts etc.
* Assisting the entity's upper management and other officers in ensuring that the company is compliant with the local requirements
* Filing and keeping the company's documents in order
* Legal research
* Assisting with certification, apostille and legalization of documents
* Assisting with the KYC requirements and keeping updated records in the database
* Cooperation with local migration authorities and insuring that the Company's employees have the legal right for employment in Cyprus
* In general assisting with any legal or corporate issue that may occur

Skills:
* 1+ year relevant experience in Cyprus;
* Knowledge of written and spoken Greek, English and Russian languages;
* Degree, preferably in legal, corporate or financial fields
