I worked in major Russian banks to gain a deeper understanding of the financial sector of the economy; I participated in an internship program at Sveza-the world's leading woodworking company-as part of an operational efficiency project, where I worked on two projects: the unification of production plants, creating a single model for the company for the plants, and the second project is related to optimizing the cost of delivery of Sveza products in all directions - an analytical project that allowed the company to obtain a model for optimal load distribution for the plants and determining the fair cost of delivery of products in all directions to Europe. He also worked in one of the leading retail companies in Russia - Lenta-as a business analyst, where he led projects related to retail, wrote macros in Excel and optimized reporting, worked with BI systems.
After that, I worked as a senior analyst at the largest mobile operator in Russia, Megafon, where I was engaged in evaluating investment projects and building forecasts for our subscribers: using tools such as Stat and R.
At the moment, I work in the bank of St. Petersburg, the largest bank in the city. Here I am the head of the reporting optimization department in the Credit Risk Directorate. I work with projects such as writing macros for the needs of the bank, analyzing loan portfolios, queries in SQL and transferring data to Qlikview.
In all these positions in different industries, I liked to apply theoretical skills and improve my practical skills, but now I understand that in order to grow, I must move to another country to develop my competencies. I would like to note that I have achieved success in all positions and projects have been completed successfully.
