We are looking for the Financial Controller to whom we can delegate supporting and developing the finance function in the company. We are after a strong expert in the industry who can propose viable solutions and cover possible gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
• Budgeting, forecasting, controlling and reporting on a regular basis.
• Manage and develop relationships with local and global banking/financial institutions.
• Develop technical descriptions and implement solutions for process automation.
• Communicate with the financial team: financial manager, internal and external accountants and auditors.

Requirements and Experience:
• Proven financial analyst experience 3+ years in e-commerce, IT business in EU and/or CIS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Relevant qualifications ACCA, CIMA as a plus.
• “Can do” attitude.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills.
• English Upper-Intermediate, Russian Native, other languages as a plus.
• Proficiency with function related software, analytical tools and office/team collaboration software (office suite etc.).
