Account Director

Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Practical experience in planning and managing a full cycle of providing services to clients, including international companies;
• Knowledge of the processes of creating brand strategies, creative, design, social media activities, digital;
• Ability to motivate and develop the team;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to handle stressful situations and find creative solutions;
• Upper intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities
• Managing and developing client projects;
• Identifying additional client needs and new opportunities;
• Building long-term relationships with clients;
• Planning and organizing workflows for the team;
• Presenting the agency during internal and external events;
• Participation in developing the agency’s business and creative reputation;
• Reaching financial KPIs while considering future periods.
