Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Finance and/or Business Administration and similar or MBA (preferred)
Superior analytical and synthesis skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to different cultures.
Ability to build trust and effective personal relations both within the organization and with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
High energy with a “can do” mentality. Strongly believe in continuous benchmarking and continuous improvement.
Drive, self-reliance and pragmatism, great determination in achieving results.
Capability to easily adapt to fast-moving, changing environments and cultural differences.
English - advanced, Arabic speaker preferred

Responsibilities:
establishing and leading the business compliance with relevant business plans, strategies, laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
managing all the strategic, investment, operational and financial matters of the Business in Ukraine.
developing and implementing the road map for the implementation of the strategy formulated by the Boards of Directors in communication and coordination with the Group CEO in Doha
devising means to achieve business objectives, including formulating the business plan and policies and procedures
