REQUIREMENTS:
Postgraduate law degree.
Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages.
Additional languages (Chinese, German, Arabic) is a plus.
Ability for relocation is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in all external and internal documentation of legal entities based in various jurisdictions.
Formation of new legal entities in various jurisdictions.
Prepare drafts and negotiate high-value commercial contracts.
Accompanying the signing of contracts with clients and partners (to be our business representative).
Being the point of contact for AML related legislative queries.
Creation of network of service providers in the countries of operation and physical presence.
