Requirements: 3-5 years of account management or business development experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; English - fluent (oral and written); Arabic is desirable; college / university or Master degree.
Responsibilities: сollaborate and communicate with customers daily to meet and understand their needs; work closely with internal departments to ensure they're meeting clients' needs; gather and analyze data to better understand the behavior of consumers; address and resolve client complaints; brainstorm and implement strategies to avoid future negative occurrences.
